Honey Vader has FREE SHIPPING world wide 

All orders are sent out with tracking information, so customers will be able to track their package. Tracking numbers will be updated via email & option of text ( free of charge. ) and a link to the shipping carrier's website can be found in the email.

All Honey Vader products come with FREE SHIPPING!

Orders are processed within 24 hours. While shipping may take 8-12 business days, our team will make sure your orders arrives as quickly as possible. 

We do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes, in the the unlikely event that this may occur. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that some packages may be delayed while going through customs, or during the holiday season, however, this does not usually occur.

If you are unable to track your package, please contact us. It may take time (a few days) for the system to update your tracking information. In the extremely unlikely event that your package gets lost, we will be willing to work with you & replace your order. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by our tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss, or damage of these items.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not made for any circumstances after the item has been shipped out.

Change of Address:

Once an Item is shipped we cannot change the destination address, please be careful of what address you put down for your package to arrive as we do not hold responsibility.

Replacements

If there is an error, or the customer receives not what they had originally ordered, we may be able to replace their order for free.

To be eligible to receive a replacement, the customer has to notify us within 7 days from the time they received their product & show us proof of purchase.

We are not obliged to give a replacement if the customer enters their shipping information incorrectly. We encourage you to double check your address and personal information – before placing your order. In the worse case scenario, we can change your shipping information, but you must notify us within 24 hours.

If you ordered the wrong product or phone model, our policy remains the same. You may cancel or change your order information, but you must notify us within 24 hours. Once a product has already been shipped, we cannot change the information on it.
